CPD grants awarded in the past year have allowed professional conservators to attend courses and conferences in the UK and overseas, including:

The American Institute of Conservation (AIC) conference in Philadelphia, June 2011

International Symposium on Natural Dyes, La Rochelle, April 2011.

'Picture frames: early and modern', London July 2011

'European Bookbinding, 1450-1820', London 2011

And several  CPD grants have already been awarded to enable conservators to attend the ICOM Conservation Committee's Triennial meeting in Lisbon in September 2011.
