Camberwell College of Art: MA Conservation, Art on Paper
The scholarship from the Anna Plowden Trust meant that I was able to take to focus completely on my studies during my second and final year. The pressures of working whilst studying at Masters level can be distressing at times, but the financial support from the Trust allowed me to focus on my studies. I graduated from the programme in June 2014 and secured an internship at the Old Library, Magdalene College, Cambridge. Having completed the internship in Cambridge I secured a further, one-year, internship at the Chester Beatty LIbrary in Dublin.
In November 2015 secured a contract at the Royal Library, Windsor Castle, it was a wonderful experience. Since November 2016 I have been working as Assistant Drawings Conservator at the Royal Collections Trust, where I have been working on the Canaletto exhibition.
Thanks to the APT I am now able to work my dream job everyday. What a huge privilege!
