APT alumna explains conservation on You Tube

Natalia Zagorska-Thomas benefitted from an Anna Plowden Trust Conservation Training Bursary whilst she was studying on the MA Textile Conservation in 2003-4.  Natalia is now a freelance Textile Conservator and her clients have included the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Hawel Castle Krakow and the Museum of Islamic Art, Doha.  Currently, Natalia is working at Zenzie Tinker Conservation.

Earlier this year,  Natalia recorded a video for REcreative UK in which she talks of her work as a textile conservator and as an artist.  Natalia's film gives a very good introduction to conservation and is well worth watching.
